Well-being at work cannot be reduced to simple individual and psychological factors. It is largely due to the structure of companies, their type of management and their social climate, which can also cause great suffering.

Drawing on recent French and international research, economist Claudia Senik brings to light the deep, sometimes invisible, sources of well-being at work, the impact of which on social and economic life is considerable. Claudia Senik is a professor of economics at the Paris School of Economics and at the Sorbonne University. She is also the co-director of the Center for Economic Research and Its Applications (CEPREMAP).
